Treatment for anxiety, trauma, and OCD
If you're here, chances are anxiety, OCD, trauma, or PTSD have been taking up more space in your life than you'd like. Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking, constantly questioning yourself, avoiding things that matter to you, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I believe therapy works best when you don't feel judged, analyzed, or pressured to have everything figured out. Instead, we work together with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.
I approach therapy from the belief that you are more than your symptoms. Anxiety, OCD, and trauma can be incredibly loud, but they don't define who you are. Beneath the fear, doubt, and pain is a person with values, strengths, and a life worth living.
In our work together, we'll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck while building the skills and confidence needed to move toward what matters most to you. I won't ask you to eliminate every difficult thought, feeling, or memory before you start living your life. Instead, we'll focus on helping you respond to those experiences in new ways so they have less control over your choices.
Therapy is a place where all parts of your experience are welcome. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and increasingly able to approach yourself with curiosity rather than criticism.
Taking back your life from anxiety, OCD, or trauma isn't about becoming fearless. It's about finding the courage to take meaningful steps forward, even when fear is present. I'm honored to walk alongside you in that process. Because while these struggles may be part of your story, they don't get to write the whole thing.
I work individually with teens and adults. I provide counseling services virtually (via telehealth) in the following states:
